Jacob Fisher - League President


Growing up playing baseball in Emmitsburg, Jacob has loved baseball all his life. Previously he helped coach a baseball team in Emmitsburg, helping them win Cal Ripken league state tournament and has also had a hand in every season his son Jace has played. Joining TLL in 2022, this is his first season as President of TLL. When he’s not coaching you can find him on the softball field playing himself, working as a lineman or hanging out with his kids Jace, Jamison & Bennett. Jacob is looking forward to helping the kids grow and learn this season. 


Jeannie Constable - Vice President



Jeannie became involved with Thurmont Little League in 2021 and has loved seeing the impact the league has on the players and community! She has served as a team mom and a volunteer and is thrilled to help support the league as it continues to foster the growth of the players and support the benefits of youth athletics; confidence, sportsmanship, and a team mentality. When she's not cheering on her sons, Jeannie can be found hiking and trying to keep up with endless hours of backyard baseball. 

Justus Yocum - Treasurer



Justus has 2 boys in TLL (both in Majors). He has been coaching at TLL for 8 years. Justus grew up playing for Thurmont Little League and continued playing baseball through his college years for Mount St Mary's University as an outfielder. His wife, Alisha, has been a team mom for both baseball and football. She has been instrumental behind the scenes and never gets enough credit for what she does. Justus currently works as an accountant for Evapco in Taneytown. In his free time he enjoys hunting (especially turkey) and fishing for whatever is in season. 

Carrie Laird - Co-Player Agent


Carrie and her Family love TLL baseball! Her son, Evan spent 9 years in the program and her daughter, Harper has been in for 4. Carrie has spent many years with the program and on the TLL board. First as the Team Mom Coordinator and now in her 4th year as Player Agent. She is proud to be part of this great organization and getting to help make it the best place to play baseball and make memories. 


Kristin Wolfe - Co-Player Agent / Information Officer/Event Coordinator


Kristin moved to Thurmont in 2021 with her husband Justin (who also serves on the board) and their 2 sons, Braden (Minors) and Connor (Coach Pitch). Braden began playing with TLL in fall of 2022. By the following spring, Kristin became an assistant coach for his team, which lead to joining the board in Fall 2023. Kristin is currently an assistant coach for both boys' teams. She grew up playing softball and is excited for the upcoming season! Kristin works for Frederick County Government, and when she's not at the fields, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Liz Day - Secretary

Liz moved to Frederick County in 2007 to teach with FCPS. Her family joined TLL in Spring 2018 and she became a Team Mom in 2021 when her son, Owen, joined the league. This season you can find Liz cheering for Owen or at the Babe Ruth fields cheering for her older son. 

Darryl Dextradeur - VP of Majors




Darryl and his Wife Tammy moved to Thurmont in 1997 and began the journey with TLL in 2002. He has coached at all levels with his 3 sons. He has served as Minor VP and currently as the Majors VP. His wife Tammy has been Team Mom for many years over the multiple seasons. He enjoys coaching and can usually be found on one of the fields throughout the year. Even in the off season.  



Alex Kline - VP of Minors / Facility Manager



Alex lives in Libertytown with his wife Jessica and their two children, Emmett and Ellie Kay.  His family joined TLL in the spring of 2022 and he joined the Board of Directors as the Facilities Manager in the Fall of 2022.  He took an immediate interest in helping TLL improve their fields and has worked hard along with other members of the BoD to get the fields in the shape they are today.  He was elected the President of the BoD in August of 2023 and continued as the President in August of 2024. This year, he is looking forward to his fourth year as the Facilities Manager and his first year as VP of Minors.  Alex works for a national landscape company, LandCare and in his free time (when he is not at the ball fields) you will find him and his family hunting, fishing, kayaking the Monocacy river and backpacking the Dolly Sods Wilderness and Appalachian Trail.  He has played baseball his entire life, coming up through the little league system all the way through college at West Virginia University.  He is looking forward to many more years with TLL and is working hard to try and instill a true sense of community throughout the league.

Dave Oxenford - VP of Coach Pitch





Dave and his wife are transplants to Thurmont, however they have lived here over 10 years and now call this great town Home. This is his 3rd year coaching Thurmont Little League. His son and daughter have both played for TLL. He enjoys coaching the next generation of ball players and is looking forward to a great year!

 

Hillary Inocencio - VP of Tee Ball / Concessions Manager


Hillary and her family joined TLL in 2019 for the Spring T-Ball Division season and never left. They signed up not knowing anyone involved with TLL and a few short years later, the family had gained new friends for life. Hillary has been married to her husband Max for over 11 years. Outside of volunteering with TLL, Hillary is a busy mom of 3 (Tanner- Majors, Wyatt- Minors, and a Marlaynna - T-Ball). Hillary loves to be outdoors camping, having movie nights with the kids, and simply spending time with her family.

Justin Wolfe - Equipment Manager / Sponsorship/Uniform Coordinator



Justin grew up in Smithsburg and moved to Thurmont in 2021 with his wife and 2 children. His oldest son began playing Tee Ball for TLL in fall 2022 and continued into Coach Pitch the following season. Justin became a Head Coach for his son's team, which lead to joining the board in 2023. Justin works for LandCare. In his spare time he enjoys bringing his kids to football, hockey, and baseball games. 


Rachel Workman - Team Mom Coordinator



Rachel has been a part of TLL since 2015, when her oldest son (Bryson) started T-Ball. As one son has graduated from the Little League, her youngest (Riley) is in in the Majors Division. When Rachel is not at the ball field, she enjoys spending time with her family at their river property in WV.




Kevin Riffle - Safety Officer


Kevin, his wife Megan, and two children, Scarlette and Devin have been involved with TLL for many years. Since 2016 Kevin has volunteered as a coach, manager, and umpire as Scarlette and Devin have moved through the divisions. Megan has also served as Team Mom for several of their teams over the years. Kevin grew up playing baseball at TLL, from T-Ball through Senior League, and continued with Babe Ruth and baseball at Catoctin High. Kevin retired from county government in 2021 and currently operates a commercial snow and ice management company. Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in public safety and emergency services to his role as Safety Officer.

Blaine Young - Umpire in Chief

Blaine has volunteered at TLL since 2004, with daughter and son playing softball and baseball.  He played baseball at TLL from 1977 - 1983 and is honored to stay involved with TLL.
Blaine is a life member of the Maryland State Umpire Association since 2010.  He umpires statewide and throughout MD District 2 in support of Little League Baseball and Softball, but is most happy to be supporting his hometown league and working to grow the volunteer umpire cadre in our area.
Blaine, wife Shelley, and son Nathan, live in Woodsboro.  Daughter Nicole, her husband Matt, and grandchildren "Ollie" and "Lillie" live in Thurmont.

Nathan Laird - Member At-Large





Nathan has enjoyed coaching baseball for the past several years. He has been in TLL in a coaching or a board member capacity for those years. His son, Evan has gone the whole way from T-Ball through Majors. His daughter, Harper has played in Coach Pitch. Nathan enjoys helping the players be the best possible player and enjoys watching them grow to love the sport. He not only coaches Baseball, but also coaches Football. He is excited for the growth that TLL has been experiencing and is looking forward to another great year!
