Thurmont Little League is excited to start the upcoming 2021 Spring season.  Last year was different than any other year but TLL adjusted to adversity after our spring season was cancelled.  Throughout the summer, we held “Sandlot/Pickup” games for all divisions for four weeks. Over 80 players participated. We also had a competitive fall season with 150 players between the ages of 4-13 years old.  Our partnership with Emmitsburg Parks and Recreation was successful with games and practices held at Memorial and Community Park. As an organization, it is our mission to promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and individual achievement amongst the players and within the community. 

I am writing to enquire about your company’s participation as a sponsor.  Sponsorship is a great opportunity to support TLL while promoting your business. Sponsorship funds helps us to pay for uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, concession stand and clubhouse renovations and other operations that keep the organization running.   Attached is a breakdown of the league costs and your contributions. If you chose to carry your sponsorship over from the Spring 2020 season, you do not need to complete a form. 

The last few years have been successful for our sponsorship program and we appreciate your assistance in making this happen. Sponsorship options include a sign with your company’s name at the TLL and/or Emmitsburg complexes, sponsorship of a team with your company’s name on the jersey, packages that include advertisements on Facebook and our website (TLLbaseball.com) as well as the opportunity to advertise on our scoreboards. On average, the TLL website receives TLL Facebook Page has over 2,300 followers and over 2,250-page likes. In addition, it is estimated that signs will be viewed by thousands of complex visitors.  Below are our sponsorship options:

Home Run: $450

In addition to the sponsorship options above, Thurmont Little League invites sponsors to make donations to the concession stand. We also invite sponsors and other community members to participate in the league by volunteering their time through field maintenance, concession stand assistance and umpiring. If interested in volunteering, please indicate on the attached form. In addition, all sponsors are invited to attend league events including Opening Day and the Hit-a-Thon.
